As a niche consultancy we specialise in identifying new ways to improve business performance and risk management - by helping increase your organisation's capability to learn, develop and implement ideas, and use existing knowledge to greater competitive advantage. We often do this by using tailored surveys to measure your organisational culture, leadership, motivation & engagement.

Our philosophy is built upon 21st century learning and leadership research - including the impact of the web, globalisation, and knowledge management; our approach is quite different to that of the traditional 'staff survey'. As well as organisational listening, it’s about creating action and change through the very people who share their knowledge and ideas.
